Kimberly Fry

Owner and Founder


Kim Fry is the founder of Luxx Medical Aesthetics. She is a native of the Grand Falls-Windsor, N.L. region. She attended St. Mary’s University and Canadian Beauty College; Major- Bachelor of Science (Biology) and Medical Aesthetician (Cum Laude).

After receiving her education, Kim continued to move forward with her entrepreneurial spirit, dynamic personality, determination, and her love for fitness and humankind.

Kim joined and began competing in the Ultimate Fitness Events (UFE) in 2014. She would be the first to tell you that it’s not just about winning; it’s about being the best you can be and about sharing that with others around you. That attitude and determination resulted in her competing in Dual Pro - Figure and Glamour – Winning Four 1st place, Five 2nd place, Four 3rd place titles at the UFE World Championships.

Her life and her career have taught her the importance of good health and taking care of your body. Deciding daily to practice personal development and self-improvement. Another key to her success includes surrounding herself with an amazing support team. Believing that what you feed your mind, body, and soul is what leads you daily.

Kim is committed to providing each individual that comes to Luxx Medical Aesthetics with the opportunity to receive high quality services and treatments, while surrounding themself with an amazing support team of professionals. Quinton Hewlett

LUXX Nurse Practitioner Master Injector


Quinton moved to Grand Falls-Windsor in 2002 after completing the Bachelor of Nursing program at MUN. He has since gone on to complete his Master of Nursing / Nurse Practitioner program. He is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. Quinton has also completed his Masters Injectables Certificate Program (Botox and Filler). He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every treatment he performs.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to achieving natural, harmonious results, Quinton takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and desires.

He is certified in a range of injectable techniques through the Canadian Board of Aesthetics Medicine and stays at the forefront of the latest developments in medical aesthetics. Quinton is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring every patient feels confident and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.

With his warm demeanor and commitment to excellence, Quinton is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best, empowering them to embrace their true beauty.

Annabelle Menkenrick

Medical Esthetician


Annabelle Menkenrick was born in Essex, UK and later moved to Nova Scotia. She grew up in the Halifax Regional Municipality. After graduating with honors from High School, she began her professional journey in the healthcare industry as a pharmacy assistant. However, her desire to make a difference in a more personal way led her to pursue a career in aesthetics. She attended the Academy of Cosmetology, where she excelled and ranked among the top three in her class.

Following her education, she had the privilege of working at the esteemed Interlude Spa in Dartmouth, NS for a year before finding her perfect fit at LUXX Medical Aesthetics. It was during this time that she realized her true passion lay in helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

Choosing to transition from pharmacy to aesthetics was a pivotal decision for her. While she still wanted to help people and contribute to their well-being, she discovered that her true calling was in healing and treating through a different avenue. Each day, she wakes up with enthusiasm and joy, knowing that she has the opportunity to positively impact the lives of her guests.

They say that when you love what you do, you don’t work a day in your life, and Annabelle can confidently say that she is living that truth. She genuinely loves what she does, and it brings her immense satisfaction to witness the transformation and happiness that her guests experience under her care.

Allison Marks

LUXX Guest Relations


Allison Marks is the Eldest sibling of seven children born to William (Bill) and Barbara Finn of Grand Falls- Windsor Newfoundland. After high school Allison moved to St. John’s, NL Where she worked as a nursing service aide at the Waterford hospital… A job she truly enjoyed and felt every day she was making a small difference in somebody’s life.

From there she decided to try her hand at dressmaking Tailoring at Bay St. George Community College in Stephenville Newfoundland. From that experience she developed friendships who are today some of her dearest friends and it’s where she met her husband of 32 years Tom Marks. They have 2 beautiful children Jeff & Alyssa and 2 perfectly Adorable grandchildren Edwin & Ivy. Allison recently retired from Central Health after working 25 years in service positions. She has a zest for life and is always smiling, happy and has a genuine interest in people’s well-being. Her strength is interacting with people and can often be seen doing random acts of kindness.

Allison enjoys meeting new people, music, camp fires, cooking , baking, but her biggest pleasure is spending time with her family.

Gail Whitt

LUXX Guest Relations


Gail has called Grand Falls-Windsor home since the start of her nursing career in 1985, dedicating her work life to Central Health for 39 years. She worked ambitiously throughout her nursing career, moving from the front line to management and leadership roles, where she harmoniously established lifelong relationships that will always be treasured. Gail’s determination and commitment were highlighted in 2017 when she convocated with her Bachelor of Nursing from Athabasca University. Her positive outlook on life is one of her strengths, which she often shares with others, encouraging them to find beauty in whatever life has to offer. "You may not change yesterday, but there is always tomorrow as we focus on new goals and new beginnings.”

Gail recently retired from a busy healthcare environment but desires to continue sharing and supporting others in self-care and opportunities to love themselves so they can love others. Gail has graciously committed to joining the team as guest relations.

Gail also loves spending time with her family, especially her husband Lindy, who has an exceptional ability to entertain others through piano and vocal music. Together, they often share their musical talents at community events and their local church. In their spare time, they enjoy many walks with their beloved giant schnauzer, Jazz. 🐾

Her kind spirit, compassion, and commitment to providing a positive client experience will be a welcome addition to the LUXX Medical Aesthetics team.
